Alethman, Inc. and AI On The Fly (AIOTF) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore collaboration across AI infrastructure, intelligence systems, strategic advisory, and go-to-market initiatives in the United States and India.
The collaboration brings together Alethman’s work in intelligence infrastructure for state institutions and enterprises with AIOTF’s expertise in AI inference infrastructure and deployment.
Three Areas of Collaboration
The MoU establishes a framework for exploring collaboration across three areas:
AI Infrastructure
Alethman and AIOTF will explore opportunities to support AI infrastructure, compute, product development, pilots, and future customer deployments.
The collaboration is intended to help create infrastructure that can support the development and deployment of intelligence systems across institutional and enterprise environments.
Strategic Advisory
The two organizations will bring together complementary expertise across AI architecture, technology strategy, intelligence systems, enterprise transformation, and institutional strategy.
As part of the collaboration, Dr. Sudin Baraokar, Founder of AI On The Fly, will join Alethman’s advisory board.
Alethman’s leadership will also contribute to AIOTF’s advisory network, creating an opportunity for both organizations to exchange perspectives across technology, intelligence, and institutional markets.
