WASHINGTON, D.C., November 2, 2026. Alethman, Inc. today announced that it has been accepted into NVIDIA Inception, NVIDIA's program for AI startups.

Alethman is an intelligence platform for institutions that must act on contested information. It fuses open source media, security reporting and public expenditure data into a single signed, auditable evidence trail, across three connected verticals: Pramaan for narrative integrity and verification, Arctus for defence and security intelligence fusion, and Polity for fraud and leakage detection in public spending. The three operate as one system rather than three products.

What distinguishes the platform is the record it leaves behind. Every assessment Alethman produces is append-only and cryptographically signed, so the reasoning behind a judgement can be audited months later by someone who was not in the room when it was made. The system is self-hostable inside a customer's own infrastructure.

Membership in NVIDIA Inception gives Alethman access to NVIDIA's development tools and SDKs, technical training and expert guidance, preferred pricing on select hardware and software, cloud credits, and introductions across NVIDIA's ecosystem, including its venture capital network. The program charges no fees and takes no equity.

"Institutions are not short of information. They are short of information they can defend," said Arush Dubey, Chief Executive Officer of Alethman. "Inception gives us the technical depth and the compute to run verification at the speed the problem actually moves."

Alethman works with news outlets, think tanks, policy research teams and advisory organisations. Its public verification output is published at news.alethman.com. The company built and tested its first deployments against Indian sources and institutions.

"We built Alethman against India's information environment because that is where the pressure is highest and the ground truth is hardest to establish," said Anindya Mishra, Chief Operating Officer of Alethman. "India was the test bed, not the market. Every institution that has to act on contested information has the same problem."

Alethman is working with institutional customers now. Organisations can request a briefing at alethman.com.

China Isn't Pausing. So What Should America Do Instead?

China isn't pausing its AI development, so a U.S. slowdown may create more risks than it solves. Instead of limiting how fast AI can advance, America should set clear, enforceable standards for how powerful AI systems are tested, secured, deployed, and held accountable.
